Grandson received this as a Christmas gift. He enjoys playing it very much. While educational it is also fun and engaging.

My 5-year-old loves to play on her V-Tech V-Smile system but when I purchased this game it said that the recommended age category was 4-6. When we got the game she was able to go through the entire game in about an hour, no help needed. It’s a fun game, but it would be more applicable for my 3-year-old on a level of difficulty. So, be forewarned!

This has been a great purchase. It has different levels and is entertaining and educational. Our younger kids watch while the older ones (4 and 7) play. I also love this game because once I set up the tv mode for it, the kids can easily put in their cartridge themselves. I am very happy with VTech toys. They really can take a beating and they are easy to operate.

My 4 year old daughter got this for her birthday and has played it almost every day. The ages 4-6 on the box are pretty acurate with the two different levels of play. However, my 2 year old son also plays the game with assistance. It teaches them recognition, shapes, colors, patterns, and all about sea life too. The alphabet game that the game console came with didn’t hold my daughter’s attention nearly so well.
